The app's map displays the number of bikes available near your position.
After entering your destination address, the app shows you the closest stations and bikes that will have enough battery for your trip and anticipates redirections you might have to follow. These can be in the public space, in a dedicated parking space, or in a physical station. You can also directly scan a bike.
Unlock the bike 🔓:
➡️Click on the SCANNER button: scan the QR code located on the bike's handlebars or enter the QR code manually by clicking on "MANUAL: you will find the bike number on the fork or on the QR code".
➡️ Once the code is entered, wait a few seconds for the app to connect to the bike. Once connected, the bike will make a double "beep" and the app will display your ride route on the screen.
You are in station: you must press the left brake to detach the bike and pull it towards you after scanning the QR code. The bikes are attached to each other via two magnets located on the right side of the bike QR.

đź› Your bike is not working ? The app will suggest that you park it in the maintenance area and and you can then start a new ride request by scanning the QR code of the next bike.

You have the possibility to book a bike. After entering your destination address, the application offers you to book a bike at the nearest station. Click on "BOOK" button at the bottom right of your screen. Booking time varies depending on your position, after this time, the bike can be accessible again for other users.
