Do you want to use your Navigo card to use the service? Here's everything you need to know:
Your Navigo can be used to start and end a trip, but you must first associate it with your account from the "My transport card" section.
📲 Manually in the app:
- Click on "Add a card".
- Enter the first 10 digits of your card
🚲 With a bike:
- Click on "Scan the bike's QR code"
- Follow the instructions mentioned in this article
⚠️ Please note that your Navigo cannot be used as a means of payment: you can pay for your trips exclusively with the payment method entered in your Zoov account; the card is only used to start and end a trip.
