3. Liability

The publisher of the Application, Fifteen, makes every effort to ensure the accuracy and updating of the information provided on the Application, and reserves the right to correct its content at any time and without prior notice, in cooperation with the recipient, Fifteen. However, the publisher cannot guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or relevance of the information available and disclaims all liability in the event of an error, omission, or delayed update of the information.

The publisher also disclaims all liability for any damage resulting from a fraudulent intrusion by a third party that leads to a modification of the information made available on the Application.

Use of the Application is solely at the user's risk. The publisher shall not be held liable for any direct or indirect, tangible or intangible damage resulting from access to, use of, or inability to use the Application, including data loss or service interruptions.

The Application may contain hyperlinks to third-party websites. The publisher has no control over these websites and disclaims all liability for their content and use.

The user is responsible for protecting their equipment and data against viruses and other computer threats. The publisher shall not be held liable for any damage caused to the user's equipment or for any data loss resulting from the use of the Application.

The publisher shall not be held liable for any damage, bugs, or interruption of the Application's services.

4. Intellectual Property

All content present in the Internal Application (texts, images, graphics, logos, icons, sounds, software, etc.) is protected by applicable intellectual property laws and is the exclusive property of Fifteen, Fifteen, or their partners, where applicable. They grant no license or any other right beyond the right to view and use the Application.

Any reproduction, representation, modification, publication, or adaptation of all or part of the elements of the Application, regardless of the means or process used, is prohibited without the prior written authorization of its owner.

The images, photographs, and illustrations used in the Application are either the property of Fifteen or Fifteen or are used with the consent of their authors. Any unauthorized use may result in legal action.

5. Updates and Versions

The Internal Application is regularly updated to improve its features and security. Users are encouraged to keep their application up to date in order to benefit from the best possible experience.

Older versions of the Application may no longer be supported without prior notice. The publisher shall not be held liable in the event of incompatibility related to an obsolete version.

6. Download and Use Terms

The Internal Application can be downloaded free of charge from the official platforms (App Store and Google Play). The download is intended for noncommercial, personal use in accordance with its public service purpose.

Use of the Application may be subject to geographic restrictions. The service is intended for users located in the Fifteen area. For more details, please refer to the privacy policy.

7. Compatibility

The Internal Application is compatible with smartphones equipped with the following operating systems:

iOS (minimum version: iOS 15)

Compatibility with certain devices or specific configurations cannot be guaranteed. The publisher strives to maintain broad compatibility but shall not be held liable for any malfunction on a particular device.
